I use the color green for my radio edited tracks, is there a way to script that if i tag the file a certain way it automatically turns green.

No automatic way possible AFAIK.
You could create a filter folder with something like "title contains 'radio edited' and periodically open that filter folder, mark all tracks and assigne a green colour via the Tag Editor.

you can change colour via script
browsed_file_color "green"
I'd work what way, change the colour, recurse the db, sort by colour, tag edit in bulk. (just figured a new wish)
(although since I use only VDJ I wouldn't bother with the tag editing, green is indication enough)
I could probably knock up something that you can run once to work it's way through your db to check if the browsed file contains "radio edit" and if yes it changes the colour, but it will take it's time (like 30 tracks / second)

Ok cause i was thinking to use the mood tag, and if the mood is tagged as clean...that would make it turn green
