What program gives a better reproduction converting music CDA to MP3, because I have been using iTunes to burn CDA music to MP3 files?

I will rephrase the question because I am sure many people buys audio CD and burn them in MP3's for playing.
What software in your opinion makes a cleaner conversion from audio CD to MP3?

i use this (http://exactaudiocopy.de/) in secure mode to copy the files to wav then i have it set to use LAME to convert the files to 320kbps mp3s
don't use it much these days as i tend to buy digital files

Just to put a few different ideas about, I'm using a Linux Mint destop, Brasero for burning CD's, and Audex for ripping (now set to rip flac)
