Last nights gig reminded me of the story where a fellow goes to his doctor and complains that he gets severe pain when he "moves like this". The doctor then says... "well just don't do that".
VDJ 8 aborted on me just when the "Wobble" people were getting it on. Got boos. Music was back up in 3.2 seconds. I had their Serato playing the whole time and just bumped up the fader.
The app closed completely. No post crash pop up warnings. No idea what happened... but.
I was toggling a bunch of Video Block MP4s in and out with the track's video. I suppose I pushed things too hard. I'll be avoiding doing this tonight. I don't need any more "BOOOOOOs".

I would do it again at home, to see if I could reproduce. Maybe it was a bad file. Get online so they can get the crash report.

Thanks AMAHM I'll do that. Did you listen to that CD I gave you in A.C.? I'm working out to it. When Judy says "Play it for me" I'll change to sit ups. :)

Got through tonight without a crash. But I acquired another problem. The Instrument sampler stopped working. Hit the button and you get a 1 second snippet of sound. AND my Video Block visuals stopped working. You could see the progress bar working, but it would not cut the track video and overtake. Just wouldn't work.
I had a good dance floor going all night and wasn't doing a recovery boot. Need some improvement here gentlemen.

Since your incident, is it possible that your sample button trigger is set to hold instead of on/off?
