Tópico: IMAC TO PC WITH VDJ ~~ HELP PLEASE

I've been an Internet DJ since 2012 on Second Life, and have done several live shows (via the Internet) for private parties.
I'm going to be moving FROM an IMac to a PC. If anyone can help with some instruction, hints, or tips about how to do this, I'd appreciate the help. Will my VDJ playlists be transferred, will my Itunes playlists be transferred?
I'm real nervous that I will loose all my organization. Good bye Mac!! Hello PC!! Will I be buying a new VDJ license?

As far as I know you should be able to install VDJ on 2 computers and be fine. So having it installed on the mac then going to PC I would think your ok. I just did the exact opposite as you and I'm in the process of switching to an '09 MB Pro. There are some threads on what to do to switch from PC to Mac so I would give them a read and do the exact opposite. I think one of the key points is that Mac uses the \ and PC uses the /. So you will have to edit that if you want playlists to work. As long as you have all your ID3 tags updated with the info you want then you'll be ok. If you have virtual folders then import your music onto the PC and just redo the rules for them. iTunes is a different story. You can carry all your music over in the same files but if you want iTunes to download all your new songs that your buying after the swap then I would let it download your purchased history onto the PC first. Then just over write all the music when you transfer it over after. I didn't realize this until after so I let iTunes download all my history on the MBP into a different folder then deleted it after.
