My V8 timecodes got damaged and I need new ones tonight. I'm at Sam Ash now and all they have is Serato v 2.5.......will those work? I know the V2 ones work, but not sure about the 2.5's. Thanks in advance.

Serato vinyls 2.5 works perfectly with VirtualDJ, the signal has not changed, it's just the signal gain is stronger.
