Been trying to buy VDJ 8 pro for the last hour, tried by card and tried by paypal. Just keep getting error "There appears to be an error in the information you have submitted that is preventing us from completing your order. For assistance, please contact customer service.". The customer service is a waste of time, I guess they do not want my money!

I seem to remember someone else had this problem and it was something to do with empty boxes.
Try duplicating something else to fill in all the address boxes.

Thanks, already tried it. The only other box that throws up an error, is if you try a random number in the VAT box.

Nope. The customer service are useless, the payment side of the site us useless. So looks like I'm sticking with Serato which came bundled with the controller.

When you say every box is filled in, I assume you tried it with nothing in VAT number?
I'm not aware of any issues and it looks like other peoples purchases are going through, so I would recommend you open a support ticket or use the live chat when it's open tomorrow.

I have tried it with a made up number and without a number (because I do not have a VAT number).

Success, I have just paid via PayPal! Only took literally around 10 tries over the course of 2 days.

It points you to the SWREG customer service so that's who I had opened a ticket with. Strange that after mentioning Serato it now works, But that's all for your help.
