I'm just looking at the skin XML code now, and I see that the logo width is set at 0.

As the height is 17, try a width of 100.

[update] a width of 100 works OK here on PC at 1920x1080.
 
How do i do that pls ?
 
The skin will be in the VDJ skins folder as a zip file.

Open the zip file and the two parts of the skin are the image (BMP) and the code (XML).

Open the xml file with a text editor and find the part that says:

<logo os="pc">
<size width="0" height="17"/>
<pos x="9" y="1"/>
</logo>

Change the width from 0 to 100 and save the XML back to the zip file.
 
I have changed it, zipped it and drag the new skin to vdj skin folder but I can't find there :(

the skin more 'practice to use ... sin is life with virtual dj 7 .... we would like an upgrade to virtual dj 8 ..... who knows' if cioce the updates !!!
 
I'd like to increase the music browser height up a bit, so i can be able to see more of my music files, can you pls tell me what's the xml code pls ? thanks
 
Probably the easiest thing to do is assign some code to the 'browser' tab (which was made for VDJ 7 but is redundant now) to give you a pop-up floating browser window which you can move around and resize.
 
Feel free to update my skin for VDJ 8, personally I'll never have the time to do it, also because the basic graphics BMP is only 1280x800 :(

Too bad! cioce that you won't be making a CUE RMX Skin for VDJ8, Im so not impressed! :-(
 
The first love you never forget ..... I remain in virtual dj 7 and with the skins of cioce :-)
 
The skin still works okay with vdj8 so I can't complain much lol!

What I would love is if an update can be made so that the browser option height can be higher up a bit just like Controller by DennYo skin so I can see more of my music and samples.

In fact the "old" but still my favorite skins cioce, also works in virtual dj 8 .... I placed the logo of the virtual and the blue bar in the mixer ..... but how come I can not change the color bottom of the browser? .... how do I do?
