Can I use a numark dj io2 with virtual dj le and my Mixtrack 2.

No. LE version only supports the controller it is supplied with.

....but the IO2 is an audio interface, not a controller - and the MIxtrack 2 doesn't have it's own audio so VDJ LE wouldn't be routing it to the controller anyway.
