Hi, my name is Danny and I have the MC6000 Denon console. I have created a lists of playlists in itunes, when ready to play a song I get an error. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Error when loading usually means the file is not there or it is an unsupported format.
VDJ8 does not support DRM files. If they are older purchases from iTunes, with DRM, you may have to convert them.
If they are missing, then you'll have to find them.
If you open up the tag editor on a track that is giving you an error, it should have more detail at the bottom.

Make sure that you have 7.4.7 or 8.1 installed. Also see this Link: http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/answers.html?id=130 to check your itunes settings..
