Tópico: Problem with tracks expired in cache.

Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

Hi all. This only came to light the other night because my internet was dropping regularly. When it was on i refreshed the DRM's so that i could still play tracks when it went down but i was still getting some cache expired tracks when i had refreshed them only minutes before. Any advice?

1. Make sure you buy all the tracks you are using regularly and place them on your hard drive.
2. Make sure to always have a backup of your main hard drive.
3. Relaxe because you have no problems with expiring cache.

1. I dont really use any tracks regularly, that's why paying the £10 a month is perfect for me as i can't afford to buy everything.
2. I have a backup of my main hard drive.
3. Thanks for your help.

Hi Telboy,
was this just when you were playing music at home?

Yes raypitman. I am only a home user and i like to listen to lots of different stuff hence the comment about not buying everything. It was really strange though as i thought if you refresh the cache then that was it but some tracks that would not play in 7 played in 8. I just hadn't come across this before.
Thanks for your reply.

Did these have red icons or purple icons?

maybe some of the tracks were from Net search, and they disapear sometimes 'cos they are not legal uploads

Sorry again raypitman i'm not sure i would know the difference. Thanks guys, it's not a huge deal, it's just that i had friends in my house at the time and it was slightly annoying. If my internet had been working as it should there would not have been a problem.

Hey Telboy,
no worries bro, it's just hard to solve your problem sometimes if we don't know all the details.
keep trying and playing and party ... we're here to help

A red icon means contentunlimited, which you pay for. A purple icon means netsearch, which we don't pay for, and is subject to the whim of the source, which we have no control over.

Many thanks again for your help and advice guys. Much appreciated.
