is there any vdj8 software that can work numark mixtrack pro without the request of licences key

You should be able to use the controller for 10 mins. However, if you are looking for full functionality the answer is NO. In order to use a controller, you can buy a controller license, or a subscription license which will allow you to use any controller, as long as you pay your monthly subscription. Of course the pro license will get you the whole kit and caboodle
 
that is the problem am facing but the machine is said to be plug and play.
 
What machine, Mac or PC? OS used, did you follow the instruction, do you have the latest drivers, firmware?

No they are two different options.

There is no discount available for Pro Sub to Pro Infinity.
