Hello,
I registered my controller and everything and it works fine on VDJ8 but when I play a song there is no sound. I connected speakers to my laptop and the sound will not play on it no matter which sound setting I do for VDJ 8. This is incredibly inconvenient and annoying. I also know there is no sound card in the controller but I bought a external sound card that is connected as usb with headphones for the purpose of cueing. Sound won't come out of that either. Basically no sound is coming out of any audio device no matter which setting I do for the audio. Can someone please help me or I will promptly return this and be extremely not satisfied. Thank you!

Also make sure you select the correct sound cards and that you use channel 1&2 for both
