Basically I used to use pro but lost the CD with it on and used someone else's email for it as mine wasn't working at the time is there any way of getting it back ??

Best raise a support ticket. If you can prove you have a licence by providing your email address it was purchased against (or proof of purchase) then the team may be able to trace it.

Chat is online between 5am EST to 5pm EST. Agents sometimes set themselves to busy when the amount of incoming chats peaks. Keith I am interested to know when you tried to get assistance and chat was offline, can you pm me the details.
