Last gig on Saturday I noticed a noise coming out from my PA.
It depends on the CPU load on my main PC.
As soon as I load a song, going over 25% cpu load, the noise is gone.
The CPU in that PC is a I5-650 and the PSU is new.
Could it be some BIOS settings ?

cpu throttling maybe/

OK. Where do I control this ?
In performance settings CPU speed is set to 100% all of the time , if that's what u mean

Most likely it's not the cpu throttling that causes this but the cpu fan throttling.
So try to see bios for cpu fan settings

The CPU fan is set for maximum speed and not temp controlled.
Could it be just a "noisy" motherboard ?

This is probably a stupid comment but xlr cables get rid of my noise problems?

Not a stupid comment but my investigation has gone beyond that:
When connecting any controller, my HC4500 or MC6000 I can hear the cpu activity as "digital noise crackling" directly on the line out's from those controllers.
It's worse when cpu has low load and gone when cpu reach 25% or more (loading a song)
It might also has to do with SSD activity since loading a song does use the SSD's of course.
Fans and CPU has no throttling activated.
Connecting my controllers to my back-up PC, the noise is always gone.

Are you using the Denon Asio drivers as they are notorious for this. I used to notice the crackling got worse if the mains were disconnected. Since moving to the WDM drivers I have never had any further issues.
Not sure if it is a PC issue or just the drivers themselves.

As far as I remember I also tried with WASAPI , but will test again.
