I purchased the monthly subscription to virtualD
j 8 last month. but this month it shows my account still active but my controller keeps shutting off after the 10 minutes what do I need to do?

Indeed your Pro subscription is active.
Things you need to look at..
- Make sure you Login with the correct Username and Password. (verify from LICENSES tab of VirtualDJ Settings that your Subscription is listed under Licenses box)
- Nothing is blocking VirtualDJ to validate your License.
Keep in mind that since this a monthly subscription, VirtualDJ will need to re-validate your Subscription, therefore a connection between your computer and VirtualDJ servers is required.
- Fix Host Files http://www.virtualdj.com/plugins/index.html?addonid=80191
- Turn off (disable Antivirus)
