Every time when I try to log into my profile for the software it's telling me we cannot connect to Virtual DJ servers please check my internet connection is on but my internet connection is always on I could go on every website even the Virtual DJ website but I have my profile I added my license as well that I got with my mixtrack 3
and the hosts file that was given to me doesn't work please help
I'VE BEEN TRY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SUPPORT I FOR 3 DAYS NOW BY EMAIL AND PHONE!!!!CAN SOME ONE CONTACT ME BY PHONE? PLEASE HELP 1(347)372-9663 I'M UP RIGHT NOW! IV TRIED EVERYTHING.! I LOVE VIRTUAL DJ .... I DON'T WANT TO SWITCH TO SERATO.....I'll give up dj'n before I DO that i real hate serato please help....

Did you open a ticket? That's normally the best way to get to the support team

I paid 99 Euro for the license. They sent me documents about update. What should I do then? I can't find the file to download

All downloads are the same i Virtual DJ 8.
So it's the one from the regular download page that you need: https://www.virtualdj.com/download/

After you install it and open it it will ask you to login
If you login using your normal username/password for this page (should be the same one you used when buying the license) the software will unlock everything you have paid for automatically
If you don't login it just keeps being the free home edition version

If you for some reason can't login, like I assume is the problem the starter of this thread has, then you need to open a support ticket, because then something is wrong with the registration, and only the support people can go into the user/license database and fix that

But I don't see you purchase on your profile
Are you sure that you used the same login on this page to buy the license?

I just thought of something else.
Since the service for signing in from the software is not currently down (I just tested it), and you know you have a working internet connection, could it be something like a firewall on you laptop (like windows firewall or something like that) that is blocking your request?
Just a thought
