Program stops running after ten minutes also won't login with out wifi

If the program stops after 10 minutes you're probably not logged in,

tick the don't log out option, connect your machine to the internet one time using rj45, or phone tethering , log in and never log out again

by the way one thread is enough please don't cross post.

I never logged out but each time I open my laptop and then open virtual dj using pioneer sb mixer it ask me for,login name and,password
 
Do you have "remember me" selected?

Are you only using the one computer, or do you also use VDJ on others?

I have other computers with vdj7 that use numark with. And yes there is a remeber me selection also don't ask again,selection
 
How many versions of Virtual DJ do you have open, and logged in at the same time?

I think maximum is only supposed to be two, but don't quote me on that... now I got to go write this three more times else where as apparently exact same problem is happening to three other guys.
 
Just an update, it's seven people that have the same problem, Christ, I'm not gonna get any sleep tonight.

Also I'll try that remember me setting but if,that does not work can I get my cash back
 
You can only have 2 open at the same time. If you try to open a third version, it will sign out of one of the other two. What software company do you know of that gives refunds?

One says don't ask again the others says this is a public or shared computer do not remember me
 
I found the option to stay logged in
