how can i use virtualdj with
DDJ-SX2 with tlme code vinil

Have you checked out the hardware forum yet, sorry I don't know that particular model, but that forum is probably your best bet to start a search.
 
Connect a pair of turntables to the SX2. Set up the VDJ audio config for timecode. Play timecode on turntables.

I know that on Serato you need to upgrade for that functionality from the SX2- is it plug and play in Virtual DJ?
 
DDJ-SX2 is natively supported and plays fine with VirtualDJ 8. Its just the DVS feature - the USB Audio inputs- that need a "hack" to become available
