1) I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to 8.2 - I REPEATEDLY said no
2) Got to a gig last night only to find that it HAD updated and I'd lost:
a) ALL my content unlimited
b) ALL my playlists
c) Can't access iTunes playlists
EVERYTHING!
