I believe i found a bug in build 3493 default skin
windows 10 64bit
i7 processor
amd Graphics
when the side list is full as in the image I can't select the bottom 2 track in the side list with the mouse
I can select and load them if I use the browse tools on my controller, but not with the mouse.

solved it myself there was an invisible notification window in the way good old windows 10
right click it and hit reload and it went away.
