I only recently started using version 8, but I am desperately in need of some help with Automix.
I used to be able to run automix in "remove silence" mode, and it would learn after moving the automix points once to skip intro skits/outro skits on certain songs.
Now I need to do it every time in automix editor...
I can not use one of the other automix types, as I play songs from note to note, usually.
Any help would be appreciated.

and the POI editor is not my friend here
 
Not getting your problem, but,

Try use the automix pad pages, it might help.

Problem is, most times I want to skip only silence, but occasionally I want to skip an intro or outro. I can't train the automix to skip intro/outro on demand, which is something I used to be able to do in version 7
 
With poi editor you can move the silence points of individual tracks.
The automix editor on the other hand only saves mixes between pairs of songs, so will only apply again the mix if the same 2 songs are mixed in the same order

which point do I edit to make this happen?
