Why are you still using 8.1?
The problem you're having is probably due to having previously installed a "cracked" version of VDJ, which modifies your computer's hosts file. This then prevents genuine VDJ software from connecting.
There is a tool in the downloads area for removing the damage. Click 'others' and search for 'hosts'.
