I have been using Audio 2 / 6 komplete with VDJ8 and the results have been lovely..
But I have an old Audio 4 and recently my buddy gave me an audio 6 scratch.. And I can not get these two cards to work.. The sound that does come out sounds like when you plug a line into a phone jack (already checked if that was the case, it wasn't) on the 6 turned off the thru and on both of them copied my audio settings (44000 / 512 samples / 4ms) from the audio 2 / 6K and even when down and up the scale with those but nothing has changed.. Anybody have any ideas?? It has gotten me to the point of hulk angry..

Did you install the necessary drivers ?
Please provide screenshot of your VirtualDJ Audio setup and describe how your gear (speakers, headphones, mixer) are connected to the sound card

Yeah the drivers are there it is the only way to access the audio settings..
Just these direct to the line of my mixer.. Headphone is in the mixer or the controller. Tried it with and without..

I only can speak for the Audio 4 DJ.
Works perfectly with VDJ 8.

I have one of those as well.. and I am having the same issue... How are you setup in the soundcard screen?

Well I am an idiot... but at least I figured out what was wrong.. in my little practice cubby I have little speakers and really cheap numark mixer (M1). The M1 only has one master out.. and sometimes I like to record.. so I use my Audio 6 Komplete to capture audio via a splitter.. long story short when I was testing the Audio 4 and Audio 6 the Komplete was un-powered. They work perfect with VDJ8... Lesson of the day kids don't be an idiot like me..

Glad you figured it out.
And I'm too using a Numark M1 + Audio 4 DJ and Turntables as my DVS setup.
You are right, the mixer is crap :D
But works for testing and playing around at home.
(I never carry my 1210 to gigs)
