I purchased the license for my mixtrack platinum but it's still only allowing 10 mins of play before freezing. It willl allow me to use the sliders etc but music freezes. Any advice

you are not logged in in the software settings.
if you are logged into your pro infinity account in v8 then the controller should work fine. without the attachment to a pro licence account the software will act as unlicenced, hence you only getting 10 mins of play time.
