Tópico: Pitch reset

Hey my virtual dj 8 when i hit the "pitch reset" it goes back to zero like a snap. It used to gradually slide back to the correct pitch. How do I correct this? I want the gradual pitch to go back to the correct bpm. Thank you

Single click reverts pitch to zero gradually, double click makes it instant, yet to test if there's a bug but that's the way it was.
 
seems to be working fine here

maybe he is double clicking it by accident

if you need to be slower then default you can always map a button to pitch_reset 10%

the percent number changes the speed .. but if u click twice the button it will still be instant.
 
I appreciate the responses. I am single clicking and double clicking and it is still going back instantly. Is there any other setting that needs to be adjusted? Thank you
 
Check your setting in Audio/PitchResetSpeed. MayBe this helps
 
Check pitchResetSpeed 0 = slowest 100 = fastest -- even on fastest seems ok

Check pitchRange a value of 1 appears to be instant - think default is 12
 
It depends on the code in whichever skin he's using (he hasn't said).

There are two verbs. pitch_reset and pitch_zero. The first is the gradual one (default 1% per sec). The second is the instant one.

If his skin has only pitch_zero coded to the button, it will always be instant.

This is correct ... In settings ... Options ... All Settings ... Audio ... PichResetSpeed ... mine is at 2
