As already announced, VirtualDJ 2018 introduces Live Video Broadcasting to your favorite Live Stream services such Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Periscope etc.
While the related manual pages are being prepared, we thought we should share some useful information. We have prepared a Wiki page with all the necessary info to start your Live Video Broadcasting within VirtualDJ 2018.

It's not really about "video" broadcasting, but just like "ask the dj" I don't want my real name (which I registered here somewhere in the past) as hyperlink to give away to let people listen to my audio stream.
FB, YouTube, Insta, website and all the other media is registered and used as my DJ name. I believe this should be the same with audio stream?

Also i would like to change the name to show as my Dj name not my real name... is that possible?

As you can see already.. Everyone would like their own DJ name, but VDJ as a worldwide software maker... Maybe there are hundreds of DJ's with the same name :)
So when "Ask The DJ" came, I wanted to change my (forum)name to my DJ name. That question was asked by many DJ's here on the forum and this was the answer that was given. I understand this point of view.
When the "Ask the DJ" made a solution for this, like it is now, I was more than happy and very satisfied. It is awesome if you play for another party / location or when someone hires you because the resident DJ is sick...
"Ask the DJ" stays usefull, because when it is not proper to promote myself, I use the location name or coordinates instead of my DJ name, because I am also a competitor that moment...
But hey... just thoughts...
I run my own website, so if I would really wanted, I could make another CNAME record with my DJ name and make it a forwarder to the audio link. Just thinking out loud how I would like it the most ;)
