If I use my controller in VDJ for 30 days, what happens after 30 Days? Can I just re-install VDJ?

No you can't just reinstall and get another 30 days.
The whole idea of the trial is to let you try the program. If you decide you like it then you buy a license or pay a monthly subscription.
