Hey guys so I am new to DJing and have started looking at getting a DJ setup. However, one thing that I noticed is that not all of the controllers I am looking at are supported by Virtual DJ. Does anybody know why this is the case? Is there anything I can do to make sure that each controller works for Virtual DJ?

As to why some are not supported, some use proprietary HID, while the team can reverse engineer, in some cases it's just not worth the effort. [and some makers change the HID data in what seems like spite]
Likewise some controller makers use straight midi but don't provide a midi table. Or some are just such low volume/quality that again, not worth the effort.
