draging folder tooltip say "reorder folder"
but it can now :
- create a favorite folder instead while drop on itself
- create a copy in the VDJ tree when double spurious drop
and it can't be moved to first position
with shift it's "Move folder"
with ctrl it's "Move folder"
it would be great if
- nothing would happend without a modifier i.e. shift to move and ctrl to create a favorite to stay in sync with files actions
- it was possible to reorder to top & bottom positions
- everything in the tooltips menu were translated
- "reset original order" was reapearing
