When I touches the jog effect active, when I release the effect deactivate.

I think you’ll find not many people are willing to help until you get off the cracked version. As mentioned in other threads.
 
I have stop and connect to my email address that have give me 30 and 28 day left now. But I buy pro license before ending of this year.

But my big problem is am not having visa, PayPal etc the only is Mobile money transfer.

Thats why every two weeks I do new windows installation.

I suppose you are using some Midi controller with touch sensitive jogwheels. If so, most of them have a JOG_TOUCH key (or similar name) and defined as .. touchwheel_touch,
All you need is to change the action to ..
touchwheel_touch & effect_active while_pressed

If that's not the case you need to provide more details on the hardware/controller you are using.
