i've been using the new vdj2020 and the video is not showing.the audio is playing and the video windows is active but it is just black .please help.

yes, the faders are up and the crossfader is on the right position but still no video even on the video tab.

Sound familiar to me ... It maybe what i experience for a long time....
- Updated from VDJ32bit to VDJ64bit
- Too old PC with GPU not DX10.2 complient i.e.: core duo E6700 with internal graphic, only DX10.1
to verify :
- try some shaders, they may display
- try some CDG, they may display
Solution:
download and install VDJ2020 32bit

i think 64 bit is using DX 11 so if your card doesn't support it it might be a big issue
