good day, please i paid for the 1month license with my debit card few months ago and at the point the license expired my account was automatically debited again without me subscribing for the license.What is the way forward as i have not funded that account because it will be debited for the license

There is no such thing as a one month license. It’s a subscription, which means money will be taken once per month unless you cancel.
