Hello,
I just upgraded to 2020, however I am having 3 issues so far.
1st. I tried downloading 2020 manually so I can download the 64 bit version which only downloads the 32bit version.
2nd. I noticed my Virtual DJ Folders in 2020 do not contain all the songs that I built up in 7.4
3rd. I have an issue with my looping, in 2020 when I change the speed of the loop on my controller, it isn't displayed on the screen. Also, if I change the loop speed on deck 2 of my controller it does change the speed on deck 1.
Interesting but frustrating, as I did not have these issues on 7.4...I finally have the font acceptable, not sure why the crazy-ness there happened. I wish I could edit the color of the skin as that light-ish gray is hard on the eyeballs.

1) 64 bit version is available to download only when you run Windows 10 x64 OS
2) Is this the first time you run VirtualDJ 8 / 2020 on the machine ? VirtualDJ will have to convert your old Virtual Folders to new format. But it will do it only ONCE. So, if you tried version 8 in the past and you tried VirtualDJ 2020 now, VirtualDJ 2020 didn't reconvert your VirtualDJ 7 virtual folders.
3) Which controller is it ? Take a look on mappers tab in settings. What's the deck assignment for the controller ?
