I have a numark mixtrack pro which has a malfunctioning left volume fader (channel 1) it jumps up and down when moved slightly. this is a hardware problem. they tried to fix it but apparently they couldn't so they send it back. it made me quit dj-ing as a hobby for a while. there's not much fun in it if you cant even record your mix because the hardware will mess it up.
but now I was thinking. if I could use the master fader as volume channel 1 and ditch the left volume fader I could still mix. but im struggling with the mapping commands. if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
