Dragging over song into automix. After a few second it removes itself never playing. Then have to find again and drag back over to automix.... how can I fix this?

First question - why on earth are you still using VDJ 7? It's four years out of date. Delete it and use VDJ 8.
What file format is the song? Does it play if you just drag it to a deck (no automix)?
