can anyone help got the new 2020 virtual dj but for some reason all my songs skip part way through song now plugged in other laptop which has virtual dj 8 and plays perfect I don't understand

Works perfectly fine with me on MCX8000. Check your Asio latency.
There were some pitch related settings changed by Atomix on installation so might be worth checking that too.

I also have two Denon MCX8000. 1 updated the other no. both work perfectly on several laptops that I use. Additional software may be creating the problem

I had the same problem with my mcx 8000, the solution was simple but can not find the logic since the mcx8000 is USB2, all we did was change it to the USB port 3 and everything back to normal

there is also one thing to do as well. Uncheck in windows in usb settings, power management by Windows
