Hello, I am wondering if I wish to use VirtualDJ to start a music career and start releasing tracks of music on streaming platforms such as Spotify, Does that constitute as professional or Home cause I do not own professional equipment?

VirtualDJ is a DJ software, so whats meant as professional use is mixing songs as a DJ for an audience at club, events, venue, etc
Making your own 'songs' is maybe not quite the same, and perhaps more comparable to recording a mix, and uploading to Soundcloud and similar.
Not strictly needing a license for that perhaps, but if you use controllers or mixers, you need license for extended use.
Making your own song for release on a label or distribution platform, you probably might want to check out some software tailored towards music production. Such as FL Studio, Cubase, Ableton Live, etc
