hi ,
the new version is amazing
however im having an issue ,there is a glitch every 10 seconds with the stems function activated

it sounds like a brief stab of white noise

i downloaded the update for VDJ today b5922, but it has not fixed the issue

Same problem here only after activating one of the new stem features

we're looking into this, as it has already been reported in another thread.
Rest assured we will fix as soon as possible.
To get more information:
- which samplerate (44.1Khz, 48Khz, 96Khz ?) are the files you are playing when you get this ?
- do you get this only when using GPU engine? if also on CPU engine, is it the same problem (glitch on waveform, and in sound output when using stem) ?
- do you get this only on the right channel? or it's on both channels?
- if you play only one of the 5 stem, do you hear the glitch no matter which stem, or only one/some of them?

my system is playing at 48k
both CPU and GPU
yes, it is only on the right channel
it happens on all of the stems
only happens when the song is playing

it happens with WAVs, MP3s and Videos

I am following this thread. Same problem. I see a big consistency in graphics cards with this same issue.

Nvidia GTX 1060. That's what I have too.

- 44.1Khz mp3s
- only when using GPU engine - when using the cpu engine it sounds like a blip of bass line instead of noise - i haven't noticed it on the waveform at all
- only on the right channel
- hear the glitch no matter which stem i take out

system Windows 10 64bit
i5 - 8400 cpu
16 GB ram
GTX - 1060 graphics

Instead of taking out a stem, can you try on the opposite to keep just one stem (right-click on stem pad).
See on which stem the glitch is.

And you have the exact same distorsion on both MathEngine=CPU and MathEngine=GPU ?
(other seemed to report it was different)

can someone who has this problem makes a small .wav recording of the glitch using virtualdj's recording function, ideally playing only the stem that glitches, around 30-40s long, and put it on a dropbox or other file sharing link?

It's on them all guess i wasn't clear

Seeing the same HP laptop does fine.. Built computer with a 1060 6gb card does it.. Scratch noise if set to GPU large swell of lyrics if they are selected if using CPU all about at a full measure Same spots and shows on the waveform.. Right channel only. does it on all songs I have tried.

Recording works allright. I forget that you need a controller being connected. I will post it on YouTube

Could you make the same screenshot of the skin with the same song on both check (synchronysed, ie same timing, same MEL/VOX)?
