So, I'm broacasting since a while with VDJ on Mixcloud. Everything is fine. But I don't understand one thing on the quality options in VDJ...
The settings are for example "1280x720@2000,128" But some of them are different between YouTube, Mixcloud, Twitch etc. and have a "he" behind the audio quality (1280x720@2000,128he). Beacuse I always use own CUSTOM preferences, do i have to set the "he" on it too? What is the difference, if I use with or without the "he".

he uses more advanced settings for the audio encoding which will sound better especially at lower bitrates. So if it is supported by your streaming service it is indeed better to use it
