When selecting the Stems EQ controls option it does not map the Bass and Instrument option to CH 3and 4. It only maps the kick, vocal and hihat as seen on the attached Photo. Any idea how to resolve this?

Because you show chan 1 and chan 2
to resolve this you need to pass to 4 chan skin layout

Its only on the controller,. not in skin ;-)
If you turn the filter and gain knob at the "non used" channel on mixer, its bass and instru right?
