I have started a radio station and trying to figure out if I'm able to use my USB Microphone on the master but not come out my speakers as I get feedback?

The solution is to either turn down your speakers, move them away from the mic or wear headphones.
If you're using the mic then you need to be able to hear yourself - to check the tone of your voice and adjust EQ if necessary, and to correctly balance your voice against the music.
If you don't do this, your voice could be too loud, too quiet, too bassy, distorted........and you wouldn't know.

FYI in a proper radio studio, typically the speakers are on until the mic is enabled, at which point they mute. The presenter wears headphones when using the mic.
