I looks like there is going to be a lot of stuff to map with the DJM-11
Regarding all the effect stuff I have no idea how much is hardware based...
But generally it looks cool :)

It would work for normal vinyl as well, right? That would mean that at least the effects and everything you can do with normal vinyl (so no hotcues, duh) are hardware-based. Like some mixers (e.g. the mixer in the DDJ-1000) it may be the case that software-effects can also be used with it.

Same as DJM-S9, you can apply both Hardware and Software Effects. By default the 6 left-side FX buttons are assigned to Hardware Effects and the 6 right-side for Software, but it seems this can be changed in the device Settings, and have a different mixture of them.
