I am using the DDJ-SX3 controller and the VDJ Advance EQ mode Stems (full mashup control using 5 knobs). For the two frequency control options, Dual (frequency inside) and Dual (frequency outside), the channel 1 or 2 control nobs work as they were selected to. However, the 3rd and 4th channel nobs don't do anything with either set up. It is my understanding that the 3rd and 4th channel nobs should be controlling the eq or stems depending on weather we choose either outside or inside frequency when Stems EQ mode is activated .Neither of the two settings do that for me...not sure why... Im thinking there is some setting im missing some where.

maybe you miss configure setting eqModeDual
set it to inner or outer for this to work the way you want
when none functionality is disabled
use tiny triangle on default skin (center of mixer or top right of eq depending on layout) to open equalizer controll page
or directly from settings è> options -> controls
