Mapping : Faderfox DJ4 mapping.xml

Zip just these 3 files together (no folders or nested sub-folders) and update your submitted Addon by re-uploading the zip file.

I've also made a short manual how the mapping works and how to setup the controller, but the document is now not included in the package.

What does it take to get controller officially supported? If I check the supported hardware than the faderfox dj4 isn't listed at all. It would be nice to see it listed and that the hardware is detected out of the box without the need to download a custom mapper / definition.
