Tópico: How to map a MIDI controller

Hi, new to this.
I have an Arturia Beatstep, I want to find out if I can map it to VDJ, and if so how?
I have tried going into settings>mapping, but the assignments dont seem to work.

If someone could point me in the direction of a tutorial, or give me some instructions, that would be really super!
