What happen with Zendesk? It´s really a Support or are Bots answering withs links to the Manual Link documentation??

ACW is still there ;-)
And its a bit of both. If you type a question you get a "bot" answer
But if you click "Contact Us" you talk directly to Support Team

Thks Bro... I Know.... but even using "Contact Us", the answers are very basic, with references to the manual. Not proposing something to do or test
Maybe is just my own bad experience, hope not for everyone.

Just opt to leave a question (ticket).
If the Support Team is only, there will be a live chat (but its not available all the time, depends on time of day and how busy)
