Periodically, when making transition with videos the videos are jumping back and forth like the cross fader is jumping back and forth. Almost like the videos are stuck. I know two other people with this challenge......any help?

Probably some glitch/bug or performance issue..
But just to rule it out, what Transition effect are you using? some might appear as "glitchy" by design (but probably not it, unless new to the software)
Try set the graphic card to max performance. If you only have an Intel on-board graphics, open the Intel settings and set to max power max performance..
