I DJ'd a party Saturday night no prob. I turned the computer on just now and all my virtual folders are doubles now. The computer was not on at all in between then and now. I'm on the latest version. I can't figure out why?

Do you have a "backup" drive connected ?
In this case (if there is a backup drive connected that has the exact same contents as the original one) it's absolutely normal since VirtualDJ merges the info from both drives

I had that same problem once and it just went away on its own.

You can quickly check, whenever there are multiple entries for a track, by temporarily adding the "File Path" column to your Browser to see the file locations.

Recurse can also show duplicates, if there are sub-folders that contain the same tracks also.. and does NOT appear to be your case, from your screenshots.
