I have an VirtualDJ 2020 Home PLUS License for DJCMK4 I would like to buy an hercules starlight controller, can I play with that new combination WHITHOUT an internet connection? If the answer is YES what do I have to do to make it work? (change controller product number?) the old controller is absolete.

As mentioned above, the PLUS license is for a single controller.
You'd need either a PRO license, or another PLUS license for the new controller.
You will indeed be able to use it without an internet connection. If you go for the Pro subscription you'd need to be connected to the internet once a month to validate the license.
