I often use a Pioneer DDJ-1000srt controller, and the crossfader curve is not ideal. I'm currently using the "smooth" option in my VDJ setting...though I'm not sure it has an effect, as the DDJ1000srt is a hardware mixer.
I know that it is possible to create custom crossfader curves - how would I go about making a curved/logarithmic setting to mimic my Pioneer DJM-900nxs2 mixer middle setting (pic attached)?

I don't think that specifically shows how to do a non-linear curve (or best approximation)
